A proud Colorado native with deep roots in the Pikes Peak region dating back to the 1940s, Chris Cowles brings both passion and heritage to his real estate career. At 44 years old and entering his 20th year in real estate, Chris has built a reputation as one of the area’s top real estate professionals, known for his relational approach, competitive spirit, and unwavering dedication to his clients.
Chris’ interest in real estate began early—so early, in fact, that by 7th grade, he had already set his sights on two career dreams: playing baseball or selling real estate. After a successful collegiate athletic career, he transitioned into real estate, bringing with him the discipline, drive, and team mindset developed on the field.
With a heart for service and a results-oriented mindset, Chris is committed to excellence in every transaction. He actively gives back to the community through organizations like Habitat for Humanity and by coaching youth baseball. He is also a devoted member of Peak City Church.
When he’s not helping clients, Chris finds joy in spending time with his wife Amber, son Caden, and daughter McKinley. He also enjoys golfing, pickleball, skiing, working out, and taking long walks with his dogs. Whether guiding a first-time buyer or navigating a complex sale, Chris brings energy, honesty, and integrity to every step of the real estate journey.
