Of all the realtors I’ve met and dealt with over the years, Chris Cowles is by far the best! On every level he scored a perfect 10. I started house hunting a year before my funds were available. In spite of this, Chris was patient and continued to stay in touch and send listings, never asking me to sign an exclusive contract with him. When I brought it up and offered to sign one, he said it wasn’t necessary. This was unusual, and impressive. Then when I was finally able to purchase, I jumped from wanting to buy a commercial/residential property, to a home on an acre, and finally decided to purchase an inexpensive condo.
